Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and develop Physical Therapy Services to meet the needs of patients and comply with applicable federal, state, and local standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and services.
- Coursework or training in Physical Therapy to qualify for licensure.
- Montana Physical Therapist Temporary License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical field.
