Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and conveyor systems.
  • Utilize root-cause analysis skills to investigate equipment breakdowns and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Respond to equipment failures and ensure timely maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment to minimize manufacturing downtime.
  • Repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment, including inspection, assembly, disassembly, and replacement as necessary.
  • Diagnose equipment problems using voltmeters and other testing devices, and analyze test results to determine the cause of malfunctions.
  • Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational and safety performance standards.
  • Support the facility's food safety and food quality programs to ensure compliance and achieve desired results.
Requirements
  • Three (3) plus years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance required.
  • Electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills required.
  • Candidates will be required to take a Mechanical (Electrical) Skills and Aptitude Assessment in order to be considered.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to push and/or pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods of time on concrete surface.
  • Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, reach, climb, and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed to successfully perform job duties.
