At PG&E Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Data Engineering Lead.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in project delivery, data architecture, and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a minimum of 2 years in data engineering, data solutions architect, data management, or data product management.

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and the Oakland General Office (OGO) at least once per week and/or based on business needs. We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $238,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and professional growth. They will also direct the development and implementation of scalable, reliable, and efficient data architectures to enable analytic products.

This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data Architecture: Direct the development and implementation of scalable, reliable, and efficient data architectures to enable analytic products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that drive business value.

The estimated salary for this position is between $190,000 - $220,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
