Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign monitoring, meal service, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Follow and adhere to resident care plans, communicating effectively with the broader nursing team
  • Support residents with mobility, toileting, and personal hygiene needs
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, maintain a hygienic environment, and reposition residents as needed
  • Communicate with medical staff, residents, and visitors, providing a compassionate and supportive presence
Requirements
  • Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
