Quality Assurance Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team at PharmaForce (Ohio). As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct accurate verifications and checks, as well as process inspections, to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Resolve errors and omissions according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements, providing guidance to plant personnel as needed.
- Ensure all work is performed and documented in accordance with existing Company policies and procedures, as well as cGMP, health and safety requirements.
- Support finished and in-process product shipping activities and perform quality-related oversight and verifications.
- Generate controlled documents, such as logbooks and labels, as required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in an FDA-regulated environment or similarly regulated area is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to all procedures and company policies.
- Basic knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral) are required.
Physically able to wear cleanroom/protective gowning and equipment, including but not limited to gowning, goggles, face shields, respirators, and protective gloves. PPE and Respirators are essential for the health and safety of employees.
