Lead Oncologist

We are seeking a fellowship trained oncologist with a passion for delivering innovative, patient-centric care to join our team at Britt Medical Search.

This permanent hematology-oncology opening offers an exceptional chance to work with a well-established practice and experienced physicians. Our group is dedicated to providing compassionate care and advanced treatments beyond the standard of care for cancer patients in Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas.

As a lead oncologist, you will be part of a virtually all-outpatient practice, with a majority of oncology cases and a limited number of hematology cases. You will have access to comprehensive support, including HR, finance, billing, marketing, compliance, and an in-house pharmacy, allowing you to focus on what you love – treating patients.

• A competitive salary range of $250,000 - $400,000 per year, based on experience.
