Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at the Inn at Sonoma. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious breakfast dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes, including eggs, quiche, and hash browns, to a high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Plan and execute the weekly breakfast menu, taking into account seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
  • Supervise and assist kitchen staff as needed, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
