Compensation:
$25.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime pay after 40 hours. Weekend on-call duties are required only in exceptional situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safe job practices while repairing equipment
- Utilize technology (laptops, tablets, mobile devices) proficiently
- Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on various rental and customer equipment and tools (including pneumatic tools, material lifts, chain hoists, core drills, welders, pipe threaders, and small engines) under the guidance of senior technicians, exercising a high degree of independent judgment
- Maintain accurate records and electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a timely manner
- Assist with the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
- Possess knowledge of OSHA requirements (preferred)
- Participate in year-round company-provided OEM training
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Ownership of tools relevant to the position
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools, schematics, and diagrams
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid applicable state class driver's license
- Preferred background in construction
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
