Join Our Team as a Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers at Always Best Care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to seniors and their families, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of services, including:

  • Companion care, including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation
  • Personal care, including incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing

You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide tailored care to meet those needs.

Requirements

To be successful as a Caregiver, you will need:

  • Two years of professional caregiving experience
  • A valid driver's license and proof of current car insurance
  • English proficiency and excellent communication skills
  • Two references from previous supervisors or coworkers
  • A COVID vaccination card (preferred but not required)
  • The ability to pass a background check
