Job Title: Teammate/House Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Teammate/House Cleaner to join our Merry Maids team. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean, safe, and healthy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize homes using Merry Maids' unique cleaning procedures and products.
  • Use Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures to clean, dust, and vacuum homes, including baseboards, windowsills, and floors.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the office and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure their needs are met.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in cleaning or customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.
