Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the team's schedule and drive safely, if assigned as a team lead.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the necessary cleaning supplies.

Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required, must be able to communicate with clients.
