KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 7 years of experience in a Dealership Parts Management role.
- Proven ability to lead teams and streamline processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Toyota products is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Reynolds systems is an advantage.
- Train, oversee, and inspire the parts team.
- Ensure parts inventory meets established turnover rates.
- Analyze sales data, expenses, and inventory to achieve profitability targets.
- Collaborate with the Service Director to ensure prompt availability of parts for internal operations.
- Assist in the monthly reconciliation of parts associated with open repair orders.
- Uphold company policies regarding special orders and maintain an efficient tracking system.
- Implement new policies and procedures as needed.
- Provide technical support to parts department staff.
- Generate and review daily reports.
- Supervise parts and counter sales operations.
- Possess a thorough understanding of parts and inventory management.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication abilities.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
