Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored services to a diverse group of K - 12 students, adapting your approach to their specific needs and developmental levels.

Assess and support students in areas such as speech, articulation, fluency, and language acquisition, using a comprehensive strategy to boost their communication abilities.

Collaborate with educators and school staff to implement effective interventions, ensuring a unified approach to student advancement.

Perform evaluations and create detailed reports that highlight strengths and areas for growth, focusing on voice, speech, and fluency to guide informed decisions.

Design individualized treatment plans with a focus on the child and family, taking into account the unique circumstances of each student and their family.

Actively engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing insights and recommendations to help achieve students' communication objectives.

Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and State/Federal regulations, safeguarding the privacy of children and their families.


Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license.
Previous experience in educational or clinical settings is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues.
Strong leadership capabilities.
