Job Title: Bilingual Mental Health Clinician

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Mount Prospect Academy. As a key member of our Community Based Services team, you will provide short-term support and stabilization to clients and their families, helping them identify and utilize long-term community supports and natural supports.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide clinical support to individuals and their families to overcome obstacles and develop support networks
* Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address client needs
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure client and family interactions are goal-oriented and clinically appropriate
* Provide education and guidance to assist in developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, positive communication, safety and behavioral plans

**Requirements**

* Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related field
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Valid driver's license with insured transportation
* Ability to travel throughout the region to clients' homes
