Clinical Nurse Supervisor for Pediatric Care

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Nurse Leader to join our dedicated team. In the capacity of Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee all clinical services delivered to our clients while providing essential education, training, and guidance to our nursing staff in the field.
If you are a Registered Nurse (RN) who is committed to supporting children and possesses exceptional communication skills, along with the ability to address challenges and foster relationships effectively, we invite you to consider this opportunity.
Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience within the past 36 months; experience in Pediatric Day Nursing is preferred.
- Proficient in managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews, providing education, training, performance evaluations, and supervising clinical team members in the field.
- Managing client triage processes, including admissions, recertifications, and discharges.
- Collaborating with clients, the Clinical Director, and other care team members to develop high-quality, individualized Care Plans.
- Reviewing documentation for accuracy to enhance quality and ensure uninterrupted service authorization.
- Performing home and/or hospital visits as necessary.
