About the Position

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Huntington, NY area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a retail store location, driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. In addition, they will direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure the timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.

To advance Mavis's sales initiatives, the Store Manager will communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Store Manager, candidates must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess 1 year of experience in retail store management or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
