At Norriton Square Nursing and Rehab Center, we are dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery through exceptional service and compassionate care. We are currently seeking a Nursing Supervisor to enhance our nursing leadership team.

Position Overview:
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will report directly to the Director of Nursing, overseeing the clinical operations during your designated shift. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the provision of high-quality nursing care while fostering a supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct nursing unit operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and mentor staff on the care delivery model, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Work alongside the Director of Nursing to maintain optimal staffing levels, prioritizing patient safety and minimizing reliance on overtime and agency staff.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, orientation of new hires, and provide input on employee performance evaluations and career advancement.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with a valid registered nurse license. A minimum of three years of clinical experience is required, with at least two years in long-term care and one year in a supervisory capacity preferred. A BSN is advantageous, and current BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.
