PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Electrical Tester to join our team. As an Electrical Tester, you will be responsible for testing assemblies, performing in-process inspections, and meeting production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test assemblies per blueprint, ATPs, and specifications daily.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Request material from the stockroom as needed.
- Learn new products and functions as required.
- Understand and perform all production processes without assistance.
- Assist in training new personnel.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Promote teamwork and constructive work behaviors.
Requirements:
- Experience testing PCBs and assemblies.
- Experience with troubleshooting and evaluating PCBs, assemblies, and sub-assemblies.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Experience using a computer and software applications.
- Experience with a microscope (company will provide training) is a plus.
- Clean room environment experience is a plus.
