Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Randstad USA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is functioning optimally and in compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify issues with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and perform corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
