IT Support Specialist for Radiology Systems

Northern Light Radiology Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Desktop & Network Support Engineer with expertise in supporting radiology systems and applications. We are a thriving, hospital-based Medical Management organization committed to operational excellence and teamwork.
Essential Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, particularly with radiology systems and applications.
- Preferred certifications include A+, Security+, Network+, and/or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with Manage Engine Service Desk Plus and Endpoint Central is advantageous.
- Familiarity with PACS, Voice Recognition, and AI tools is a plus.
- Strong skills in configuring, deploying, and supporting routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Proficient in engineering and troubleshooting network issues.
- Capable of resolving a comprehensive range of desktop, mobile, and peripheral problems.
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of all Microsoft OS platforms, MS 365 Web Apps, and MS 365 Admin Centers including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoint Manager, Security, and Compliance.
- Experience with MS Azure Admin Tools is also beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT support contact for all users across various locations.
- Establish new user accounts and ensure necessary network and application access.
- Prepare and ship computer equipment to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Address all IT requests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Implement solutions based on standards and service level agreements set by management.
- Document all work and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Participate in on-call support during evenings and weekends as required.
This is a full-time position with a structured workweek. Compensation will be determined based on experience.
