Steamboat Ski Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slope Vehicle Shop Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Vehicle Maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all ski resort vehicles and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of shop floor mechanics to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair orders and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Proven supervisory experience, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; mechanical certification or degree preferred.
