At Spin King Laundromat, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Laundry Associate to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and a clean, safe, and friendly store environment.

• Customer Service: Provide assistance to customers with laundry card usage, machine selection, retail sales, and other inquiries.
• Cash Handling: Accurately operate the cash register or point of sale computer.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, and encourage customers to purchase additional items.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure retail sales items are neatly stocked, and communicate with management regarding inventory and janitorial needs.
• Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, including attendance and uniform requirements.
• Safety and Security: Follow safe practices to prevent accidents and injuries, and understand emergency procedures.
• Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and safe environment inside and outside the store.

• Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Customer Service Skills: High level of customer service skills.
• Availability: Willing to work weekdays or weekends.
• Education: High school or equivalent (preferred).

• Pay: $15.00 per hour.
• Hours: 21-25 hours per week.
• Shift: 8-hour shift.
