Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team at Community Veterinary Partners. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinarians in delivering top-notch medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including preparing patients for surgery and administering medications.
  • Provide compassionate care to patients and clients, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; veterinary technician program accreditation a plus.
  • Previous experience in animal care or veterinary medicine preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
