  • Analyzes client profiles to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Employs lead generation strategies to cultivate additional business.
Maintains professional relationships with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Knowledge:
Strong understanding of financial services and products.

Experience Required:
Customer service experience is essential.
Experience as a Personal Banker is preferred.
Prior banking experience is advantageous.

Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Proficient in relevant computer applications and office equipment.
