Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain operational sites in a safe and secure manner.
  • Plan and oversee significant overhauls of compressor systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and support for reciprocating and screw compressors.
  • Manage tasks associated with vapor recovery units and gas lift operations.
  • Lead extensive repairs and overhauls on pumps, compressors, and engines.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment utilized in gas liquefaction and production facilities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to rotating equipment and parts.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to address compressor-related challenges.
Qualifications
  • Ideally possess 5+ years of formal or industry experience in the oil and gas sector.
  • Previous experience in a gas facility with a 14/14 rotation is advantageous.
  • Accommodation and transportation to and from the facility are provided.
  • Familiarity with screw and reciprocating compressors is essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to guidance from seasoned facility personnel.
  • Aptitude for working in challenging outdoor conditions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, departments, and external partners.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary for planning, scheduling, record-keeping, and analysis.
  • Self-driven individual with robust planning, technical, and analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership in health, safety, and environmental practices with a commitment to achieving Zero Incident HSE outcomes.
