We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Parts Counter Specialist to join our team at Lou Sobh KIA of Newnan. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for receiving and processing all parts orders, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Parts Order Processing: Receive and process all parts orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, create bin locations for new stock, and notify customers of parts arrival.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels, identify and report any discrepancies or shortages.
- Shipping and Receiving: Prepare items for returns and shipping, and ensure that all parts are properly labeled and stored.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in parts or inventory management preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license required.
