Job Summary:
Med-Trans is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helicopter Pilot to join our team of medical transport professionals. As a Helicopter Pilot, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities, working closely with a team of medical experts to ensure the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with medical teams to transport patients to and from medical facilities
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, adhering to FAR and Med-Trans requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including MTC and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and facilities to ensure seamless operations
- Provide shift change information to successive pilots and teams, following established protocols
- Meet the requirements for certifications and ongoing training
Requirements:
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
Preferred Qualifications:
- EC130/AS350 Experience
