About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional at Sevita, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centered care and support, helping individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and hygiene
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with our team to provide person-centered care and support

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive hourly rate of $17.00
  • Full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match
