**Matrix Innovations** is seeking a qualified **Adventure Educator** or **Experiential Educator** to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, working 30 hours a week.

We are a state-approved private special school focused on emotional and social development, and learning in the primary and secondary education sector. Our approach is centered around individual, needs-oriented learning opportunities and learning in small groups, helping students to reorient themselves, unfold, grow, and learn.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design and lead experiential and team-building activities for groups of typically four to eight students aged between eight and 17 years old.
  • Work primarily in the morning, across different learning groups.
  • Develop and maintain reports and individual learning plans in a multidisciplinary team, documenting your work.
  • Collaborate with learning group staff, parents, and authorities as needed.
  • Participate in two to three class trips per year, lasting approximately five to seven days, and attend conferences and team meetings.
  • Work as a team partner in a learning group, if required.
**Required Qualifications:**
  • You are a state-recognized educator, therapeutic educator, childhood educator, or equivalent.
