Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Whitewater Raft Guide to join our team. As a guide, you will be responsible for safely navigating oar/paddle rafts down Class I – III rivers. You will also work positively with other team members to implement all aspects of a Glacier Raft Co trip, providing guests with a safe, meaningful, and memorable fishing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Safely navigate oar/paddle rafts down Class I – III rivers
• Work positively with other team members to implement all aspects of a Glacier Raft Co trip
• Provide risk management capability in remote/backcountry settings
• Provide meaningful interpretation to our guests on natural and cultural history topics
• Give effective and demonstrative safety talks
• Engage with our guests in a positive, friendly, and supportive manner

Requirements:
To be successful as a Whitewater Raft Guide, you will need:

• Previous whitewater guiding experience strongly preferred
• Completion of GRC 6-day guide school
• CPR & First Aid Certification or Advanced Medical Certification
• Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
• Be organized with a great eye for detail
• Be kind to others and always bring your best
