Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized assistance to patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes in their condition to the RN promptly.
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises to promote patient mobility and independence.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring patients receive proper nutrition and hydration.

Qualifications

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or state license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Demonstrated experience providing direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
