Room Attendant Job Description

At Great Wolf Lodge, we are seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart
  • Report maintenance issues and document lost and found items
  • Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Able to push/pull up to 100 pounds
  • Able to bend, stretch, and twist
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
