We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional care to our patients.

The Certified Nursing Assistant will support patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and managing medications, while ensuring continuous support and monitoring for optimal patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities and work effectively alongside other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support.

Support medication management and administration as instructed by healthcare personnel.

Monitor and document patients' vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the appropriate team member.

Engage with patients and their families to provide necessary education and emotional support.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and maintain treatment continuity.

Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning tasks.

Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aide is preferred.

A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is required.

Demonstrated compassion and patience in patient interactions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adhere to care plans and medication schedules effectively.

Capability to assist patients with mobility and lifting as necessary.
