**Manufacturing Technician Wanted

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill manufacturing technician roles at Spherion Mid-Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and innovative local manufacturer that offers a complete line of residential, commercial, and industrial door systems.

**Compensation:** The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $18 and $19 per hour, depending on the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
  • Operate power and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Measure products accurately using a tape measure.

**Workplace Culture:** Our workplace is bright, clean, and organized, with a strong focus on teamwork and opportunities for professional growth.

Shifts available: 1st shift (5:30am - 4:00pm), 2nd shift (4:00pm - 3:30am). Overtime may be required as needed.
