Menzies Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fueling Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all fueling operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of fuel to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the efficient delivery of fuel to our customers, taking into account factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, and equipment availability.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of fueling staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of fueling operations, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that all fueling operations are conducted in a safe and secure manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on fueling operations, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as aviation management or operations.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a fueling or operations management role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: Valid US driver's license, FBI background check, and US Customs Seal.
