Resort Bartender

The Job:

As a Banquet Bartender, you will have the opportunity to interact with guests from around the world and showcase our resort's meeting spaces and culinary creations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and teamwork. You will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, requisitioning and stocking supplies, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the storage and disposal of supplies.
• Requisition and stock supplies, including beers, wines, spirits, and paper products.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and other drinks.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, including responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• Prior bartending experience is required.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification are required.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service is required.
• Ability to operate a point of sales system is required.
• Must be neat, clean, and well-groomed at all times.
• Fully knowledgeable in drink recipes and laws of liquor service.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time.
