- Provide phlebotomy training and product evaluation as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Two years of experience as a BWH phlebotomist with a performance evaluation score of effective or above.
