Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at LCS Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 32 hours per week, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays. You will be responsible for administering direct care to residents in skilled nursing, supervising nurse aides and medication aides, and consulting with families regarding resident care and concerns.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer direct care to residents in skilled nursing, including medication administration and wound care.
  • Supervise nurse aides and medication aides to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Consult with families regarding resident care and concerns, providing education and support as needed.
  • Give and receive shift reports to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
  • Assist with nurse aide duties and medication administration as needed.
  • Perform admissions of new residents, ensuring a smooth transition to our care.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience working in rehab/skilled nursing is preferred.
  • Experience with wound vac, IV, admissions, drains, and tub feedings is a plus.
  • Must be a LVN/RN in the State of Texas.
  • Excellent hospitality skills, and a passion for working with seniors and their families.
