Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized therapy services to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field required
- LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or other behavioral health licensure preferred
- Proven experience working with individuals with mental health challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
