Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Pediatrics. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients and their families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for optimal healing and recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions to address patient needs.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and quality of care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 1+ year of experience in Pediatrics or a related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of recent experience in Pediatrics.
  • Travel experience or willingness to travel for assignments.
