Urology Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively with existing medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Work Schedule:
- Ambulatory Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Three days in clinic and two days dedicated to surgical procedures with allocated OR time.
- Perform various procedures in the clinic, including cystoscopies, ultrasounds, prostate biopsies, and BCG treatments.
Additional Information:
- Average outpatient clinic volume: per day.
- On-call schedule: 1:2 with residents handling first call.
- Inpatient rounding as required.
- Minimum of two years of teaching and leadership experience is preferred.
