Central Carolina Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to patients with mental health needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist nursing staff in meeting the needs of behavioral health patients
  • Maintain constant direct observation and visualization of identified patient(s)
  • Work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
  • Utilize critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to make sound decisions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CNA certification desired
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Handle With Care certification within 6 months of hire
  • Previous mental health experience preferred
