Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Auto Sales Consultant to join our team at Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Provide personalized customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, product features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous car sales experience is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills and ability to follow a process
