Join Phoenix Industrial Inc as a Form Carpenter Foreman and take on a challenging role in our construction team. As a key member of our site operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Erect and set forms for vertical and horizontal concrete structures and site work, adhering to specifications and drawings.
- Assist in setting and placement of forms to proper elevations and location, prepare the base, and install proper reinforcing.
- Experience and/or exposure in setting and erecting forms using a wide variety of materials and forming systems for vertical and Horizontal concrete forming.
- Assist in the marking, cutting, and assembly lines on materials, shaping materials to prescribed measurements, and assembling, fastening with nails, dowel pins, or glue.
- Perform general Carpentry tasks, such as building and installing barricades, decks, shelves, and other site needs and duties as required.
- Assist in placing/tying rebar and placing and finishing concrete.
- Disassemble, remove, and clean form materials.
- Work in other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision.
- 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- NCCER Certification/License (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
