Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Secure Software Development Life Cycle Leader to join our Global Security Organization. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing IT security solutions, assessing risks and vulnerabilities, and developing strategies to mitigate them. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Secure SDLC, best practices in the industry, and experience in cybersecurity technologies, including penetration tests, security assessment, and security tools.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Secure SDLC's best practice in TikTok
  • Validation of Secure SDLC security controls
  • Leading Secure SDLC operation on metrics, optimization, incident response, and driving metric improvement
  • In charge of Secure SDLC's maturity measurement and status reporting
  • Define and enforce secure architecture standards and patterns to prevent common security issues
  • Being the overall stakeholder of TikTok Secure SDLC, responsible for fixing the gaps in Secure SDLC
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Secure SDLC with best practice in industry
  • Strong data analysis ability, can use vulnerability data to find out potential risk trends
  • Strong experience in Cybersecurity technologies, including penetration tests, security assessment, familiar with SAST, DAST, SCA security tools
  • Deep understanding of security architecture, having successful experience of implementing end-to-end security architecture
  • Solid knowledge about modern internet company architecture and development stack
