Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IR Tech with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in an Interventional Radiology laboratory setting. This role is crucial in providing high-quality imaging support during interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct imaging operations for Interventional Radiology (IR) utilizing fluoroscopy and various imaging modalities.
  • Support physicians during IR interventions by delivering technical assistance and ensuring superior imaging quality.
  • Prepare and oversee the maintenance of imaging equipment, ensuring it operates correctly and remains sanitized.
  • Engage with patients effectively, clarifying procedures and prioritizing their comfort and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with the radiology team to ensure exceptional patient care and precise diagnostic outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or an equivalent credential.
  • Preferred experience in Interventional Radiology.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IR imaging methods and apparatus.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Outstanding communication and patient care abilities.
