Key Responsibilities

As a CNA Instructor, you will:

  • Plan, develop, and teach the certified nursing assistant training curriculum.
  • Supervise and assess the performance of nursing assistant students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of orientation and mentoring programs for nurse aide training.
  • Conduct rounds in patient/resident care areas to ensure quality nursing assistant services.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Hold a degree from an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
  • Possess a minimum of two years of full-time clinical experience, including one to two years in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
  • Have completed a course focused on teaching adult learners or have relevant teaching experience.
