The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, but not required. Experience working with children in a classroom setting is also a plus.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
