Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices. They will also be required to maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. Additionally, they will follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment and interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. You must also be able to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is also required. Finally, you must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
