Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our facilities team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our campus facilities, including offices, classrooms, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as dusting and polishing surfaces.
  • Empty trash receptacles and recyclables, and replace liners as needed.
  • Restock bathroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment, including vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
